Welcome to Chavez Estate Bed & Breakfast. Located 20 minutes south of Albuquerque, New Mexico in wonderful Belen, New Mexico. The village of Belen, boast the enviable combination of big city benefits and small town pleasures in a cozy business-friendly community just 20 minutes south of the state's largest city. Within the village there are numerous shops and restaurants with a flair for the southwest. Nearby is a new 27 hole championship golf course. We are only a few mintues from the Isleta casino. Just to the north is the Sunport (airport) & a whole host of social events; the NM State Fair & International Balloon Fiesta to mention a couple of the larger local attractions as well as a host of museums, pro & college sports, various types of entertainment & shopping.
